The breakfast was a standout feature, boasting an extensive selection including made-to-order omelets and freshly cut fruit. The spacious double room reminded me of a luxurious retreat, with comfortable amenities that added to the relaxation of my stay. The complimentary ice cream at reception was a good treat for both kids and adults, elevating the whole experience.

Everything was near perfect, X-large room with kitchenette, Free Wifi and parking, smokers room in the lobby, 3 free to use computer in the lobby, free snooker, easy connection to city,breakfast buffet is awesome etc etc Recommended +++++++++++++

Sometimes during breakfast, waiters are too eager to free more tables, be sure not to leave your table,someone has to keep it or you will be without one !

The room was compact and new-fashioned with coffee machine etc, and we slept very well.

Fantastic large room at top of hotel, with table football and kichenette for four people. No air conditioning but not needed for us. Breakfast amazing with very attentive staff. A pleasant and enjoyable stay. Would stay again if we come this way.

It had a great selection of breakfast, I mean, how can you beat fresh omelettes made to order on weekends? The kids loved grabbing free ice lollies as we headed out to explore.

It wasn't the most affordable, but given the amenities, I can't complain too much.

Wonderful experience!! They gave us a great room upgrade since it was a special occasion and we were there several nights. Our room was incredible!! They also gave us a late check-out. The staff was very professional and helpful. The buffet breakfast was perfect- including custom made omelettes. The hotel restaurant was very good.The parking was free and there were enough spots even on busy nights, and no dog charges was a plus. It is wheelchair accessible - good enough. They had lots of free "extras" that made you feel pampered and special, too. Excellent service and vacation there. We loved it!

The jacuzzi was great but we wish it was open all day long, and/or there were more than just one (or a pool would be nice, too).

This is a first time for me: the hotel is much, much better than I was led to believe from the web information! This hotel really works to make things nice for its guests, with thoughtful offerings throughout. We had a family apartment for two adults, two children. The room was nicely furnished and huge -- phenomenal space inside -- with a separate bedroom, kitchenette and large two sink bathroom (yes, in Germany!). Our kids were thrilled: we had our own foosball table in the room! We also had an extremely large roof top terrace with furniture that overlooked the city and offered a beautiful sunset. The breakfast buffet was the largest and highest quality that we've ever experienced in Europe. The hotel also has free loaner bikes, unfortunately none for children however! Restaurant offers delicious and affordable meals as well.

More of a comment than a complaint: The second bed in the apartment was a drop down sofa. It was comfortable, but just large enough for our two children (10 and 12). If you're travelling with two teenagers, this may not work well.

The breakfast at Qu Hotel Augsburg was fantastic, with a great variety and made-to-order options. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a comfortable seating area and a nice marble bathroom. The hotel even offers free bike rentals, which we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the nearby parks and river trails.

The air conditioning wasn't functioning well .

Quality of service. Competent and knowledgeable staff speaking foreign languages. Breakfast from 7:00 to 12:00 - very convenient. Exquisite restaurant. Free bike rental. Free parking/garage.

Sauna is not accessible round the clock.

The breakfast at Qu Hotel Augsburg was really good, with a wealth of options including freshly cut fruit and made-to-order dishes that catered to all preferences.

Unfortunately, the carpet in the room was stained and could use refreshing, detracting from an otherwise pleasant atmosphere.

we ate at a pleasant restaurant for dinner. the clean bathroom and the rest was fairly clean. the location was stunning, very close to schillerstatue. there were the christmas market and local supermarkets around the hotel.
